Play Date and Epiphany have teamed up to create on-site, after school care at Henderson Campus during the 2019-2020 school year for Epiphany families. This program will be available to children Kindergarten through Sixth Grade*.

Program Costs
Payment for After School Club will begin August 2019. You will receive an email providing details about setting up your account and payment options.

What if you just need a few days a month of After School Care?
We will offer “Drop-In” for $20 / day per child. Payment will be due at pick up each day.
You will need to contact Play Date at 252-617-5236 to make a reservation and confirm there is room in the program for your child. After 2pm children will not be added to “Drop-In” unless they have a reservation.
Who do you contact if you have a change in your child’s pick-up schedule?
Please contact both Epiphany and Play Date by 2pm to let them know your child’s change in after school pickup. Play Date is not responsible for notifying Epiphany of any changes and Epiphany is not responsible for notifying Play Date.
What options are available on Half Days, No-School Days, Enrichment Weeks and Holiday Breaks?
On these days a separate program, at Play Date’s Glenburnie Location, will be available for students. Registration and payment is not included in the payment for Epiphany After School Club. You will need to register and pay separately for your child/children to participate in these programs. Includes activities and field trips.
$25 for Half Days, 12-3pm
Transportation will be provided from Epiphany to Play Date’s Glenburnie Location.
Students can check into Play Date’s “Drop-In” service after 3pm.
$60 for Full Days, 8am-3pm
Students will need to be dropped off at Play Date’s Glenburnie location by parent/guardian.
